1. Eligibility

• You must be legally eligible to enter into marriage under applicable Indian laws
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You must be using the platform for the genuine purpose of finding a matrimonial match
• Individuals who are already married (unless legally separated or divorced) are not permitted to register

2. Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with any other person
• You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• One person may only maintain one active account on the platform

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Harass, stalk, or intimidate other users
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose or solicitation
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or personal data
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the platform
• Engage in any activity that is illegal under Indian law

4. Payment Terms

• Premium features require a paid subscription
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to users

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, logos, and trademarks on the platform are owned by Vivah Matrimony
• You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to display it on the platform
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission
• Our matching algorithms and recommendation systems are proprietary technology

6. Limitation of Liability

• Vivah Matrimony acts as a platform to facilitate introductions and is not responsible for the conduct of its users
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by other users
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform
• Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence and verify information independently before making any decisions
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding 12 months

7. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
• Upon termination, your profile will be removed from search results and hidden from other users
• Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Any outstanding subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for policy violations

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
